That is why at Liberty Works we provide a Lifetime Warranty, which covers our products against any defects in the materials or workmanship. If your product is received with any manufacturing defect it will be replaced at no cost. We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Please contact customerservice@libertybottles.com to request a refund. Personalization and Engraved Items are not returnable.
