Shipping & Returns
At Liberty, our priority is you. We do our best to make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. If your order is received after 12pm PST it will be processed on the following business day. For personalized or catalog orders: once your order is placed it is sent to a designer for production. This process can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Once your design is complete it will ship according to the shipping method that you selected at checkout. As a further value to you, Liberty Works has a Lifetime Warranty which covers our product against any defects in the materials or workmanship. Should there be a defect, your bottle will be replaced at no additional cost to you. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. If you need to request a refund, please contact us at customerservice@libertybottles.com. Please note that personalized and engraved Items are not eligible for refund.
